Product Overview & Highlights

The VMC1370 vertical machining center is a high-performance 3-axis CNC machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and general metal machining applications. With 1300 mm X-axis travel, 700 mm Y-axis travel, and 700 mm Z-axis travel, it provides a large machining envelope for medium and large workpieces and multi-operation production.

The VMC1370 is equipped with a 1400 × 700 mm worktable supporting a maximum load of 1200 kg, a BT40 spindle, and a standard 24-tool automatic tool changer. The spindle reaches up to 8000 rpm and is equipped with a 15–18.5 kW spindle motor.

The machine features three linear guideways, automatic lubrication, three-axis screw pre-tensioning, rigid tapping, and a FANUC CNC control system. With 24 m/min X-axis and Y-axis rapid traverse rates and an 18 m/min Z-axis rapid traverse rate, the VMC1370 is configured for stable and efficient CNC machining.
