Elle est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour rectifier les al\u00e9sages et les faces d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 des dents de cuvette et des grandes bagues de palier, garantissant ainsi la pr\u00e9cision de ces pi\u00e8ces. De nos jours, la rectifieuse int\u00e9rieure est largement utilis\u00e9e en usinage. Quels probl\u00e8mes peut-elle rencontrer au quotidien et comment les r\u00e9soudre\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. La surface de la pi\u00e8ce usin\u00e9e par la rectifieuse int\u00e9rieure pr\u00e9sente des br\u00fblures, des marques de vibration et une rugosit\u00e9 de surface importante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2460 La surface de la pi\u00e8ce usin\u00e9e lors de la rectification int\u00e9rieure est br\u00fbl\u00e9e. En raison d&#039;une mauvaise dissipation de la chaleur et d&#039;une vitesse d&#039;avance \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e lors de la rectification est importante, ce qui provoque des br\u00fblures \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature sur la surface usin\u00e9e. Il est donc conseill\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire les avances axiale et radiale afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la vitesse p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique de la meule. Par ailleurs, le faible diam\u00e8tre de la meule, le jeu excessif de la broche, le d\u00e9faut de circularit\u00e9 de la meule, la flexion de la broche, etc., peuvent engendrer de fortes vibrations. Ces vibrations provoquent des ondulations et, par cons\u00e9quent, des marques de vibration sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce. Dans ce cas, il est recommand\u00e9 d&#039;utiliser une meule de plus grand diam\u00e8tre. Un dressage ad\u00e9quat de la meule et un r\u00e9glage pr\u00e9cis du jeu des paliers permettent de r\u00e9duire les vibrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Diff\u00e9rence de rondeur interne de la pi\u00e8ce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du rectifiage d&#039;une rectifieuse int\u00e9rieure, un serrage excessif de la pi\u00e8ce peut entra\u00eener une d\u00e9formation de l&#039;al\u00e9sage lors du desserrage. Un serrage excessif peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire la pression de serrage exerc\u00e9e sur la pi\u00e8ce. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la pi\u00e8ce peut engendrer un d\u00e9faut de circularit\u00e9. Ce d\u00e9faut de circularit\u00e9, fr\u00e9quent dans les al\u00e9sages rectifi\u00e9s, se manifeste principalement sous forme d&#039;ellipses ou de polygones. L&#039;ovalisation est due \u00e0 un faux-rond radial trop important de la broche de la poup\u00e9e fixe, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un serrage insuffisant de la pi\u00e8ce ou \u00e0 un jeu excessif du mandrin. La forme polygonale est caus\u00e9e par une usure excessive de la broche de la poup\u00e9e fixe, provoquant un jeu important. L&#039;usure des paliers de la broche de la t\u00eate de rectification peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e0 l&#039;origine de ce type de d\u00e9formation.
